Invitation for the Annual Concert 2009
Brassens festival 2009 March 3, 2009
Last Sunday, I photographed a concert of songs by Brassens, in the light of the Brassens in Basdorf festival.
The concert was beautifully directed, with a very appealing scene and well chosen symbols, such as cats and a metronome (Director: René-Marie Meignan). The songs were interpreted by Karin, accompanied on several instruments by David Meignon. These two artists form “La Rouquiquinante“.

Another photo from the Brassens concert Sunday. I made this with the 55-200 VR lens that I bought in New York. Up to Sunday, I was very sceptical about the lens, but now I am baffled by the results, considering the very low light situation.
