Je hebt zo van die dagen waarin alle actie in de voormiddag samengebald zit. De namiddag is dan kalm tot saai. En vandaag kwam daar dan nog eens koud bij. Min 19 staat er aan te komen!
Ik weet dat ik gevraagd heb om eens een koude winter mee te maken, en daarom hoor je me niet klagen.

We are living in an Altbau, and it is pretty typical that they have double windows. That means that there are actually two windows: one on the outside of the wall, and one on the inside. This is very good for isolation and it allows to put nice little things between the glass.
However, it is becoming so cold that the condensation on the inside of the “outside”-window is freezing. I was completely surprised this morning when I washed of the condensation: I could scratch of large chunks of ice!
Snow
This does not mean that it freezes inside, do not worry. It is just so cold that the glass temperature goes below zero, making the condensation to ice. The room temperature is still ok.
The weather report announced minus 12 degrees in the Umland, and in Berlin minus 6. All streets and walking paths are frozen, snowy and icy. This is winter!
